Event Description
The training is a 4-week, 2-hours per week series designed to teach contractors how to use financial statements to manage the business operations, price jobs/job costing, manage cash flow, and increase profit. Topics include: Understanding your financial statements (profit & loss, and cash flow); Identifying your Cash Flow Cycle (how, when, and why cash comes in and goes out of the business), and how it affects the business; Learning how to identify problems, improve sales, and measure the business health; Pricing strategies (how to calculate your price and costs to bid jobs and make profit); and How to develop projections, set budgets and improve your business profit.
