Event Description
The Living Well with Chronic Conditions workshop provides participants with a toolbox of self-management skills and techniques to become empowered in taking control of chronic health issues. Trained leaders will guide participants through this six-week program proven to make people feel better. Each week, new topics will provide opportunities for interaction and group problem solving. The series runs from May 2 through June 13.
