Join The Studio Mind|Body for a Donation Based Community Yoga in the Park! All donations collected this month with go to the Boulder City Youth Center.
Sunday the 18th & 25th Meet us at Government Park (Wilbur Square) across from the Post Office.
This will be a gentle yoga class suitable for all fitness levels so bring your friends & family!
Pleaes arrive a few minutes before class is to start. Bring a yoga mat, towel, water & anything else to make your time comfortable. Dress in layers in case its a little breezy or a bit warm.
