I’m Janel, Director of the Wellness Initiative at HealthSource of White Bear Lake. Each year, our chiropractic and progressive wellness practice chooses a select number of deserving non-profit organizations, schools, and businesses in the community to receive complimentary services provided by Dr. Ty, our chiropractic physician. These services include complimentary health & wellness workshops and free on-site stress break chair massages for you and your staff or group of 10 or more. Read on to learn more!
HealthTalks: There are many benefits of complimentary health & wellness workshops, including a reduction in worker's compensation injuries as well as an increase in employee morale. Talks like "Getting a grip on stress" and "It's your future-be there healthy" can do just that. We have a whole list of topics to choose from or you can bring your ideas to us and Dr. Ty will create a workshop just for you!
Stress Break massage days are intended to provide a time of relaxation and rejuvenation catered to your staff. We come to you and give each participant a free ten minute chair massage. A lot of companies like to use it as an Employee Appreciation Day…all you have to do is schedule a convenient time and we take care of the rest!
Please keep in mind that these are truly no-strings-attached offers; we are not selling anything or asking for anything in return, ever. It’s part of the HealthSource mission to do good in the community and this is just one of the more fun ways we fulfill that goal!
