The drama is based on diaries kept by Anne Frank, a Jewish teenager who for two years hid in in an attic wth her family and their four friends in Nazi-occupied Netherlands. Anne's gifted voice, humanity, wit, insight and determination shines through as she details her innermost thoughts and chronicles the group's fears, hopes, laughter and grief.
