Details:Born and raised in New York City, Frank Spalding knew as a child that he wanted to be an artist. Combining his talent as an artist and cartoonist, Spalding depicts the distinctive natural wit, humility and faith of Jewish life. Spaldings paintings have brought smiles of delight to people of all ages and backgrounds.
