Poinciana Medical Center Food Truck Frenzy -Poinciana Medical Center recently kicked off the second month of its new initiative: “Poinciana Medical Center Food Truck Frenzy.” Community members and hospital staff are invited to eat from three different food trucks which will make stops in the hospital parking lot.
The following food trucks are scheduled for the month of September: Burger Lab, Baby Taino’s Food Truck, Rock ‘N Roll Wraps. September food truck visits are as follows: Burger Lab: 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. September 14 and 25; Baby Taino’s Food Truck: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.September 12, 19, 26; Rock ‘N Roll Wraps: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. September 7 and 21.
