Jeff Mason is an American author born in Gary, Indiana, to parents raised in the Chicago suburbs. Jeff spent 32 years in New Jersey before moving his family to the St. Louis, Missouri Metro area in 2001. In his first and only book to date, the author shares valuable business insight from a career focused on continuous improvement as a trainer, senior executive, and solopreneur. Readers are presented with a call to simplify business and achieve professional growth through increasing customer satisfaction. This manuscript contains 255 timeless tools, and has an “easy read” layout and design. The content is augmented with real life stories that deliver an infotainment flair to most pages.

A passionate runner, Jeff began on the beaches of Brigantine, New Jersey in 1979, while attending Stockton University (previously Stockton State College). He has completed six marathons and has enjoyed 40 years of running wherever his work travels take him.
