The Dalles Overground and the Performing Arts Initiative announce the launch of The Hoot, a new three-day community festival celebrating music, arts, and local culture in the heart of downtown The Dalles, March 6-8, 2026.
Join us for three days of FREE music at four downtown venues featuring critically acclaimed artists and regional favorites like Vandoliers, Robert Francis, 1876, Margo Cilker, Laura Gibson, Tryecto Efectivo, and many more!
