The Teller Historic and Environmental Coalition (T.H.E.) will host a special art exhibit of Colorado artist Nadine Kent Drummond at Park State Bank & Trust in Woodland Park during the month of May in the Eichman Gallery. To commemorate Drummond’s work, a reception will also be held on May 18 from 4–7pm (see separate event). This exhibit will feature numerous paintings from the family’s private collection — most of which have never been on public display. Also on display will be paintings and sketches on loan from the Kirkland Museum of Fine and Decorative Art in Denver and the Fine Arts Center in Colo Springs. In addition, the Drummond family has made available 50 first-run, limited edition prints of Drummond’s painting “Divide” available for sale to the public. Each print will be numbered and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, as well a bio of Nadine Kent Drummond. All proceeds from the sale of the prints will help support T.H.E. Midland Depot at Divide Preservation Project.
