Turn basic garden ingredients into meals – below is the schedule for this offering:
Monday: Kitchen orientation and basic skills. Garden rolls, dips, and pizza
Tuesday: Garden patch harvest and picnic
Wednesday: Cooking from the garden and farm: breads, soups, salads, and fruit pies
Thursday: Cooking from the garden and farm: Stir fry, fried rice, and berry parfait
Friday: Grand garden buffet for families (lunch served at noon)

Basic knife skill instructions and Safety First! Skills – Safety First! Skills are the cornerstone of every class where students learn safe use and handling of knives, fire, hot pans, food safety and sanitation.
Hands on, basic cooking instructions: assembling ingredients, recipe reading, measuring, and clean up
Making a personal recipe book
Hands on creating fun, health, tasty, and kid-friendly food
A delicious lunch each day for campers
A Grand Buffet on Friday, where campers prepare lunch for their families (Friday at 11:30 am).
