Angela Grantham has over 19 years experience in the mortgage industry. She is a trusted mortgage advisor whose goal is to integrate her clients’ loans into their short-term and long-term financial and investment plans. Angela and her team facilitate mortgages & equity management to minimize tax and interest expense, improve cash flow, and build wealth through increased liquidity, safety and a rate of return. In addition to being a Certified Mortgage Planner (CMPS) and a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMP), Angela has been a member of such professional organizations as Strategic Equity Group, Mortgage Coach and Mortgage Planner Mastermind Group, and achieved such awards as “Originator of the Year” and was inducted into the “Mortgage Millionaires Club.”

Angela continuously teaches her clients strategies on how to CHANGE their financial habits and to be advocates for one of the “biggest investments” they will ever make in their life time”. She does this not only doing the loan process, but also after their loan closes, through newsletters, seminars, phone calls, etc. Her 19 years in the mortgage industry; extensive training; networking skills; down-to-earth attitude; and commitment to continuing education has earned her the trust of many. Angela is a mortgage professional committed to educating and counseling consumers on the affordable loan programs available. At Prince William Association of Realtors (PWAR), Angela serves on several committees including the education committee where she trains real estate professional and other business related professionals. She also teaches first time homebuyers seminars through Prince William Housing and Community Development as well as for VHDA. She is an active and dedicated member of her church where she devotes a lot of time helping others and giving back to the community. She has also done so through other organizations such Zonta International, NVBCC, BNI, ABWA and WIIB.

A lot of people ask her what is her secret to success and she shares with them that it was instilled in her at an early age, “to treat people the same way she wants to be treated”, which is with compassion, integrity, loyalty, and respect.
