“Utah’s New LLC Statute: What Business Owners Need To Know.”

Bradley Weber has been practicing law for 8 years in Utah County.  A native of Boise, Idaho, he received his bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University where he studied Russian and Business Management. He received his law degree from the University of Idaho College of Law in Moscow, Idaho in 2008. During law school, Mr. Weber was a member of the Idaho Law Review.  He also clerked for the United States District Courts in Boise, Idaho, the Provo-based law firm of Fillmore Spencer, and a governmental agency in Salt Lake City.  After law school, Mr. Weber joined the law firm of Heideman, McKay, Heugly & Olsen in Provo where he worked in the firm’s commercial practice group. In 2013, Mr. Weber and his law partner, Brett Evanson, started their own law firm, Evanson Weber, PLLC at Thanksgiving Point, and at the end of 2015, opened an office in American Fork.  Their primary practice involves business and commercial matters, and they represent a number of small companies and start-ups as outside counsel.  They also advise clients in the areas of civil litigation, real estate, estate planning, personal injury, and product liability.
