Jim brings over 35 years in hospitality and operations experience with a successful track record of developing brands through strategic management to his new role. Jim’s a growth-focused leader who’s passionate about developing people, projects, and results. His most recent project has been the Vice President of Operations for Sadie’s of New Mexico. Prior to that role, he ran El Pinto Restaurant as Director of Operations, turning a $60k investment in bottling chile into a multi-million dollar business. Among many other affiliations, Jim has been a board member for the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta for the past 10 years and continues to run his business HospiTotally.
