Anthony Tenorio Bio:

Tony Tenorio is the Chairman and CEO of A-Tech Corporation, d.b.a. Applied Technology Associates (ATA). ATA offers high-performance custom design solutions, engineering services, and assembly, integration and test (AI&T) services/capabilities to government, aerospace and commercial customers. Early in Mr. Tenorio’s career at the Airforce Weapons Laboratory then later at ATA, he directed the development of sophisticated data and analysis systems in support of the Airborne Laser Laboratory (ALL), the High Energy Laser Test Facility at White Sands, the Air Force Research Laboratory’s (AFRL’s) Relay Mirror experiment, STARLAB, Altair, and the High Altitude Balloon Program. In 1992, Mr. Tenorio became the President of ATA and in 1998, he became the President/CEO and principal owner as part of a management buyout. Mr. Tenorio has taken the lead in the establishment of Strategic Relationships that have resulted in the creation of several Joint Ventures and in the expansion of ATA’s facilities. Mr. Tenorio currently serves as the Managing Member of both ATA Aerospace and ATAMIR WSMR. In recognition of Mr. Tenorio’s contributions to the local and national economy and to technological advancements, the Small Business Administration named him New Mexico Person of the Year in 2013.
