Erin Gandara: Ambitions Consulting Group, founded in New Mexico 15 years ago, brought on Erin V. Gandara as its chief administrative officer on Aug. 1. Before joining this consulting firm, Gandara worked for CliftonLarsonAllen for 11 years, most recently as the leader for its outsourcing practice. Her resume also includes being the controller and chief financial officer for Marble Brewery, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central New Mexico, Meow Wolf and the YMCA of Central New Mexico through CliftonLarsonAllen.“ Erin comes to us with over 17 years of operational, administrative and financial management experience helping organizations in a number of ways," Ambitions' CEO, Lucas Rael, said in a statement. "Her track record of managing consulting and service firm practices while allowing the rest of the executive team to focus on what they are good at, is the main reason we asked Erin to join ACG." Ambitions Consulting Group offers help with IT management, litigation support, eDiscovery, strategic management consulting and document imaging solutions. Gandara will be in charge of day-to-day operations for the company as well as overseeing human resources, marketing and managing its financial and treasury matters. In a statement, she said she is looking forward to her new role. “I am thrilled to be joining a team such as Ambitions Consulting Group and I look forward to enhancing the delivery of our services in a way that will continue to grow our business and footprint in New Mexico," she said.
