HOW WILL THIS SPECIAL EVENT WORK?
1. Member & Corporate Partner Exhibit Set-Up and General Networking, 5 - 5:30 PM
2. Introductions and Announcements (During Dinner) 5:30 - 6:00 PM
EVERYONE should come prepared with their 30 second "elevator introduction." (The bell will really ring at 30 seconds, so keep it short and sassy.)
Everyone will have a sheet to take notes on who is there, and identify several people they might like to meet with during the next part of the session.
3. Speed Greeting, 6:00 - 6:30 PM
Three 9-Minute "Speed Greeting" Mini-Sessions with a 1 minute “find your next person time.” You find someone you want to talk to, introduce yourselves and your businesses. When the bell rings, everyone moves to someone else. (9 minutes per Mini-Session.)
4. Table Meetings, 6:30 - 7:15 PM
The first half of the exhibitors with table presentations go to their tables and greet the remaining attendees for 20 minutes at their tables. Then we’ll switch and the second half of the exhibitors with table presentations will go to their tables and greet the others.
5. Final Announcements and Drawings, 7:15 - 7:30 PM
Everyone returns to their eating tables for final announcements, dessert, and prize drawings.
TABLE EXHIBITS: FREE FOR MEMBERS AND CORPORATE PARTNERS BUT YOU MUST RESERVE YOUR SPOT
Each table exhibitor will have one-half of a 6-foot table to showcase your business. We have only 17 spots left for Members and 6 spots left for Corporate Partners, which will be available on a first-come basis.
If you want to reserve a free exhibit table space, you can reserve your spot when you register for the meeting. Just scroll to the bottom of the registration form and enter “1” in the correct category (Member or Corporate Partner).
