As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will support growth, retention service and profitability goals in a branch setting as well as assist in the sales and service of insurance and membership products. Your success is highly valued and this role will help develop the necessary job knowledge and sales skills to be successful as a Sales Agent for AAA-New Mexico.

AAA Requirements:

2-3 yrs. sales experience highly preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred
Successful completion of a background check
Successful completion of a urinalysis drug screening
Good driving record and a valid driver's license is required
Effective communicator - both written and verbal
Microsoft Office proficiency
Good organizational skills
The ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
