FEATURED MEMBER OF THE WEEK

Over twenty years ago, New Mexico Piñon Coffee began with a 15lb roaster in the bed of a red 1952 Chevy pick-up truck. Today, we are one of the largest coffee roasters in the state, roasting over 1 million pounds of coffee each year since 2015. You can find New Mexico Piñon Coffee in almost every grocery store in New Mexico, as well as in Costco Colorado.

Our coffee is made of a multi-bean blend of the finest high-altitude Arabica coffee and our custom piñon flavoring. Each cup will have a rich flavor with a smooth nutty flavor available in a light, medium, or dark roast.

Aside from our Traditional Piñon coffee, we offer almost 30 flavors including our own locally inspired flavors of Biscochito, Mexican Spiced Chocolate, Adobe Morning, and Piñon Fudge.

Over 20 years ago, our piñon coffee was created with a blend of Arabica coffee, a very small amount of piñon nuts, and a custom piñon flavoring. Due to allergy concerns and the fluctuating piñon crops, we have used a blend of 100% Arabica coffee beans and a small amount of a piñon flavoring to make our coffee since 2015. This flavoring is free of potential allergens and helps us keep the piñon flavor consistent with every cup!
