We continue with the next resolution, which are the goals to engage wisdom by learning how to apply the right principles at the right time.
These resolutions are grouped into these categories: Private, Public and Leadership Achievements.
This month we talk about how we practice the art of science in conflict resolution.
Often people avoid to the issue than confront it head on. We convince ourselves that if we don’t confront it the issue it will simply go away. But the rule of thumb is that it should always be addressed.
Just a reminder our Annual Summer Golf Classic is coming up next month. Thanks go out to all our ad and hole sponsors as well as our Hole-In-One sponsors Wells Fargo Bank and Cantu Chevrolet and our Meal Sponsor River City Hospice. We still have a couple of team spots for the tourney.
The Lucien Flournoy Old Fashion Barbecue is coming together. The committee made of Chairperson Kevin Downes and members Paul Rycroft, Sue Murdoch and Juan Navejar are meeting regularly to give us another great event. The BBQ is set for Thursday, October 10, 2013 at the JWC Fairgrounds with guest speaker Texas Agriculture Commissioner Todd Staples.
