1. Add or update your company logo. When browsing the BBB Business Directory, consumers are more inclined to click on your Business Profile if a company logo is added to your listing. If you don’t have a company logo, you can create one for free on websites like Vistaprint, Free Logo Design, or Canva. 

2. Ask for new customer reviews. A sure-fire way to give your profile a fresh face is to ask recent customers to write a review for your business. This will not only boost consumer confidence, but it will also add weight to the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of your BBB Business Profile.
