The 81^st Annual Alice Chamber of Commerce Banquet was a huge success. A great deal of thanks go to the committee and staff who organized the entire event.

Thank you to all our sponsors who purchased tables, tickets, silent auction items etc. Congratulations to all our award recipients: Roddy Gonzalez, Citizen of the Year; Rose Torres, Jr. Citizen of the Year; Martin Cantu Jr., Ambassador of the Year; Hall of Honor Betty Allison, R. David Guerrero and Rev. Tom Turner; Small Business of the Year, RBVs Downtown Freeze; Large Business Employer of the Year, Mi Casa Home Health and Organization of the Year, Boys and Girls Club of Alice.

Thank you to our guest speaker Aaron Cox, CEO of Texas Chamber Executives. His address on Leadership’s five points were very interesting and insightful.

The Chamber continuous to work for its members, in March 1,319 direct quarries were made on the website with a total number of website visitors at 182,996 for the month. We appreciate and thank all of our members for their support.
