Congratulations to our Chamber staff for their recent awards. We are blessed to have two talented people working for us. The recent awards are proof of the caliber of people we have at the Chamber. The Chamber was a finalist in six categories and brought home two first place and two second place awards.
We are right in the middle of the summer and before long, we will be getting the kids ready to go back to school. Next month is the tax free holiday. Take advantage of getting your kids ready by buying locally first. Most of our stores have what we need to get them back to school on the right foot.
Are you paying too much for your electric bill? The Chamber’s electric coalition program can help you bring down the cost of your bill. This is only exclusive to Chamber members and for businesses only. The electric coalition is an aggregate billing program that shops for the lowest electric provider for you. We are still looking for Hole and ad sponsors for our Annual Golf Tournament on Saturday, July 28^th at the Alice Municipal Golf Course.
