Living in reality?
We Have Consequential Problems!

Everyone has problems; if not, check for a pulse. All of us fret over personal stuff, health issues, financial matters, business concerns, and our governments’ affairs. We never know which issue we'll be dealing with today or tomorrow. And, a lot of the time we believe we’re not at fault.

It’s a human tendency to put the blame on something or someone else. Even though quite a few of us don't have a solid plan for running our households, our businesses, and aren’t that knowledgeable regarding issues affecting our nation and economy. Basically, it comes down to living efficiently within our means and utilizing the best risk management.

Our nation is in a state of crisis. The trickledown effect has the majority of our businesses hanging by a thread. Our lives and those of generations to come will live with the effects of policies and laws being written today. And yet many fail to even cast a vote on Election Day. I pray this year we have the the right candidate and the wisdom to know the difference.

From the book "How Do You Kill 11 Million People?” author Andy Andrews asks us why we think the ages of our world's greatest civilizations average around two hundred years. He points out the identifiable sequences that lead to this demise. In the book, he's not stating we're headed for the world's next holocaust, but that it "could" happen. He asks, "We the people, however can change this direction. But know this: our portion of history is being written today. What will be remembered about your contribution?"

In recent news reports we’re cutting our military to bare bones. Can we significantly cut the defense budget and improve our national security in the defense of our country? Without argue, all national departments need an economic review.

When national policies don’t work general consensus is others were to blame or we didn’t have a say in the matter – but WE allowed it to happen!

Consequential Business Initiatives

Is your company making cuts to asset protection strategies or not utilizing monies to secure your resources? With the economy at hand, we’re finding a lot of companies reacting like the government and cutting back their defense budget and becoming vulnerable.

Our business remains steady, because we provide a service to help the small to medium size companies thrive in difficult times. We’re bringing robust HR services to the table when most companies can’t afford to adequately cover all their human resource initiatives. In addition, our package includes safety programs, benefit solutions, state-of-the-art payroll administration, and workers’ compensation insurance and claims administration. With our service business owners have the much needed time to address the income producing aspect of their core business!

Potential risks and cost containment needs to be addressed as the game continues to change. It’s your decision if you’re willing to risk everything to save a few pennies. The cost to outsource HR services compares to keeping it in-house.

Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory. Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat. (Sun Tzu)

Large companies with HR expertise in house implement a full scope of HR initiatives to maximize employee productivity, avoid costly problems, and ultimately increase and protect profits. Smaller companies, without that expertise, are at a competitive disadvantage. A PEO (Professional Employer Organization) firm brings that value to smaller companies at a minute fraction of the investment of them doing it on their own.
