School is out and it’s time to start hiring those summer employees. There are some great kids just graduating and looking for some cash before school starts again. I encourage our Chamber members to look for these young bright adults to help them out this summer.

The Chamber is trucking along, our Chamber Luncheons have been quite successful. No one has won the cash prize so far. Our next luncheon is June 25^th with Katrina Watson with Edward Jones making the presentation. Our cash prize is $300. You must be a current member and in attendance to be eligible for the drawing. If no one wins, our August cash prize roles to $400.

Our Annual Golf Tournament is June 27^th at the Alice Municipal Golf Course. The Chamber staff is selling hole and sponsorships. Contact them if you are interested. The tourney tees off at 8 am and golfer can register at the Municipal Golf Course or at the Chamber.
