URGENT: HELP NEEDED

Women and children have been evacuated from their transitional housing shelter in Sylmar. They are safe now downtown Los Angeles. Due to the fast passes fire and being so early in the morning, residents and staff were only able to grab a handful of items, many of them leaving diaper bags, formulas behind. Help is needed! Urgently.

“Rough Tuesday, 0400 fire at our door steps, 0530 everyone evacuated. 0800 evacuated again. Now we are all downtown safe.

Doesn’t look well for our Sylmar facility, 80+ families and 25 seniors. Will be in makeshift beds until this all settles.

Bottle water, snacks, blankets, personal hygiene items, diapers, grocery gift cards, heck anything helps at this point” -J.U
