Supervisors’ Conference – Solving the Mystery of Supervision

Mid-Florida SHRM has put together another great day-long conference for any person in a supervisor role who would like to hone those skills and create a great work environment for their direct reports. The conference will be five sessions presented by local subject matter experts who represent our diverse Polk County workforce and industries.
Sessions include:

*Cracking the Bully Code
*Law & Order: Legal Update
*The Cloudy Cup Scandal: Urine for a Surprise
*It's Amiss: The Union Affair 
Snacks and lunch are included. Continuing education credits with SHRM and HRCI.
