Leadership Bartow Class XIV Attends 2nd Year Retreat In Clearwater

 After having the summer off Bartow’s Leadership Class XIV kicked off their second year with a two day retreat at the Clearwater Marriott on September 15th & 16th.
Nancy Lemon, President of Professional Development Group, joined us for the retreat and provided class members with 2-half day sessions where she taught us about leadership qualities and practices that we may apply in our workplace environment and everyday life.
Each class member also participated in an online assessment which determined our top 5 talents and Nancy encouraged us to work on turning our talents into strengths.
Thursday night’s buffet dinner was held at the pool side with amazing food and drinks. Our surprise dinner guests (various Leadership Alumni) also enjoyed the evening and night time festivities. We would like to thank Mosaic for sponsoring our wonderful dinner as it was greatly appreciated.
