Bike and Hike So Kids Can Read Is November 12

 This event features events for the whole family. Last year it was a great success and the Rotarians are looking forward to another great turnout.
Events include a children’s bike rodeo, games and events, an arts and crafts show, raffles, a club challenge, food, rides and fun. This event will also include a one to twelve mile family ride that begins at 8:30 a.m. as well as four “tours” for more advanced bikers. These include the Century 100 tour which beings at 7:30 a.m., the Metric 100 tour which begins at 7:45 a.m., the 36 mile tour which begins at 8:00 a.m. and the 18 mile tour which begins at 8:15 a.m.
For a $30 pre-race day registration, participants receive a t-shirt, morning snacks by Chick-fill-A, lunch by Wendy’s, awards, scenic course, music, drawings, and kids activities. The entire family can walk with only one $30 registration fee.
