The Chamber Diplomats were honored including Spirit of Bartow award winner Ortelle Bowden; and Diplomat of the Year, Frances Williams. Gail Murray with the Bartow Community Redevelopment Agency was asked by Dr. McMicken to come to the front to get her photo taken. Gail is a 2014 Spirit of Bartow award winner who was unable to pick up her award herself last year due to illness.
