Art In The Park Needs You!

Art in the Park Volunteers & Civic Groups Needed

For 47 years, the heart of Art in the Park has been its dedicated volunteers. With the event happening October 3-4, our biggest need for volunteers will be September 4 through October 4. Prior to the event, help is needed in the office, distributing posters and selling raffle tickets. Once October hits, help is needed with Art Eve on October 2, Art in the Park setup on October 2, Art in the Park event October 3-4 and Art in the Park cleanup on October 4. This is a great opportunity for your family, business, civic organization, school group or church group to get involved. Art in the Park Advertising & Sponsorship Opportunities

Each year at Art in the Park, all attendees are given a full-color 8.5 x 11” program. Advertising is available in a variety of sizes, and rates start at only $150. The deadline to advertise is September 1, 2009. Sponsorships, display/sampling booths, vehicle displays, business entertainment “suites” and custom opportunities are also available. Many opportunities provide inclusion in the posters, programs, t-shirts, advertising and much more. The deadline to sponsor is July 1, 2009.
