NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Henderson, State of Nevada, will receive sealed proposals from qualified firms to furnish the goods and/or services identified in the specifications document.
Scope of Work: The City of Henderson Economic Development/Redevelopment Division of the City Manager’s Office is pleased to announce this Request for Proposals for the development of a high-density housing project on a 2.14 acre site owned by the City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency in Downtown Henderson. The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit high-density residential housing projects from qualified developers who are willing and able to develop their proposed project upon execution of a Disposition and Development Agreement. Prospective developers are invited to submit their development concept and qualifications which will be evaluated by staff and a preferred developer/project will be selected. After the preferred project is selected, the Agency will determine whether to proceed with the negotiation and execution of a Disposition and Development Agreement for the development site.
