Your presenters are Dr. Manuela Kress, owner of Mid-Michigan Grant Writers and Consultants, and Jan Day, owner of Jan Day & Associates. 
 
Manuela has over 20 years of successful grant writing experience working with nonprofits, schools and higher education institutions, from volunteer-operated to multi-service agencies. Most recently she helped the Frankenmuth Farmers Market raise over $1.25 million for their building project of which $500,000 was in grants. Manuela has helped organizations across the state raise funds for building projects, program development and expansion.

Jan Day offers thirty years’ experience in grant writing, budgeting, financial management and non-profit administration with organizations ranging from start-ups to large regional agencies. 
 
Both are seasoned presenters who are able to explain the nuts and bolts as well as the theory of successful proposal preparation.   Manuela and Jan are members of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
