CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
In house Customer Service Representative needed for a Custom Commercial Printer located in Coldwater, Michigan

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing Customer Service and Customer Relationships: Attract and retain customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services through phone, email, and walk-in’s. 
  • Inside Sales and Order Processing: Fulfill customer’s needs, resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Prepare product or service needs by collecting and analyzing customer information and reviewing job history. 
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors. 
  • Job requires experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Includes light paper work, filing, and organizing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in an office/shop setting is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service skills and assertive, dependable, friendly personality. Typical office hours 8am – 5pm, M-F. Must love dogs. 
  • Other responsibilities available based on employees’ development and understanding of the business. 
  • Responsibilities include answering phones and emails, greeting walk-in customers, keying in and writing up new jobs, attending daily meeting, and a friendly demeanor.
