When called upon by the Moderator, we ask that you stand and state your name prior to asking your question.

Each person will have 2 minutes to ask their question. Once their question has been answered, they may have 1 additional follow-up question.

We ask that your questions are asked clearly so that the question can be answered effectively by the panel.

We ask that all questions are asked respectfully and that no one interrupts an individual’s opportunity to ask their question.

We want the panel to be able to answer as many questions as possible tonight. We plan to keep the floor open for questions up to 45 minutes. We want as many people as possible to have an opportunity to ask a question. If you have already asked a question, those that have not had an opportunity will be called upon prior to returning to someone who has had a previous opportunity. The panel will remain available after the open discussion if any community members would like to ask them additional questions.
