Drivers should plan for heavy congestion and delays, and consider traveling before or after the following closure occurs: Westbound Interstate 10 will be closed between Dysart Road and Estrella Parkway from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 10. The westbound I-10 on-ramp at Avondale Boulevard also will be closed. All traffic must exit before or at Dysart Road, and use McDowell Road or Van Buren Street to re-enter I-10 at Estrella Parkway.
