A 5 Star Review! (07/07/10)
This place exceeded our expectations. The location was beautiful, the property was well-kept and had many amenities for our use. The dock and the water trampoline were listed, but we also had use of a covered picnic table for dining by the lake, and a small skiff (the grandkids loved that). We have stayed at Lake Almanor in early October to fish and do the Bizz Johnson Marathon for the past 3 years . Bob and Jennifer made this our most comfortable, relaxing Lake Alamanor vacation ever! What a perfect location with every amenity listed and more.How delightful to have our own boat dock! The back porch was a wonderful place to read and enjoy the spectacular lake view. It was most obvious that Bob and Jennifer take extra care in making their guests feel at home...

In a gorgeous location on the peninsula Bob and Jennifer welcome all who delight in staying on this scenic private property with ample parking, and their warm friendly environment.
If you enjoy the water, whether it’s swimming, waterskiing, wakeboarding, fishing, sailing or any other water activity, this place is for you, as it includes private paved boat launch (with plenty of parking) and large private dock with built-in BBQ. Spend fun-filled days in the sun and relaxing evenings watching the sun set.
Conveniently located on the Peninsula just minutes from golf courses, restaurants, markets and water sport rentals. The quaint town of Chester is only 8 miles away and offers additional services including a full grocery store.
Take a scenic excursion to Lassen Volcanic National Park (just 45 miles from Chester) where steaming vents and boiling mud pots continue to shape and change the land, serving as a testimonial to Lassen’s long fiery and active past.
During Peak season June 1- October 30th, Weekly rate is $2,275.
Please Note: Cleaning Service is $75 and there is a $500 dollar deposit on property.
