Welcome to my website. I am Linda Gillam and am honored you have chosen me in conderation as your realtor.

I know the Chester and Lake Almanor Basin. Whether you are looking for a vacation, retirement home, or first time home buyer, I have the resources for you. I have an excellent working relationship with other real estate profesionals in the area, which is critical to selling real estate.

I have been in the real estate business since 1988, and have been with Century 21 Lake Almanor Real Estate for 14 years. I have been honored most of these years with the Top Producer Designation.

Throughout my career in banking, mortgage lending, and self employment, I have learned a lot of valuable lessons, but the most important were about people. Treating everyone the way they would like to be treated, being honest and respectful to others, being a team player and providing my clients with excellant service. These are the key elements of a successful real estate agent, and I feel I have it all.

We provide highly trained,dedicated, service oriented and experienced sale staff that conducts themselves with honesty, integrity and enthusiasm.
