see the increased demand for real estate in our area, many who had rented in the past, are beginning to choose to sell there homes instead. 

These circumstances are having an impact on our local businesses, who have jobs available, but can not find housing for potential employees, and on our rental community, those who are employed, but are finding themselves with notices to vacate when their rented home goes on the market.
