Almanor Basin Community Consortium

The mission of the Almanor Basin Community Consortium (ABCC) is to provide a platform for
professional and civic organizations, local businesses,  public agencies and citizens of the community to come together to share information, needs and projects in order to foster collaboration in planning, problem solving and implementation.
