"We encourage you to use our Emergency Department for emergent needs and after hours care. Please note, the doors are locked to allow our staff to properly screen all patients before entering the facility to ensure the safety of all patients, residents and staff. Please allow a little extra time for the doors to be answered upon your arrival. You will be asked to wear a mask during your visit. Please bring your personal mask with you, but if you don’t have one, one will be provided for you.

If you would like to see if your visit can be completed by Telehealth, please call your Primary Care Provider!. All 4 of our Family Practice Providers are here and ready to assist you with your healthcare needs.
