Lake Almanor Sightings!

Lake Almanor was sighted in Tahoe over Labor Day Weekend!

Reports have been rolling in of Lake Almanor sightings in all parts of California, and as far as Kuaii and Alaska. Though there have been no reports from Area 51, we await news.

If you have spotted Lake Almanor (t-shirts and sweatshirts) outside of the community, please send us your reports and photos.  This could be crucial to the well being of our community.

Project 2105

What is Project 2105?

Many people have asked.  We are glad to bring you the information.

The 2105 Committee is comprised of a small group of residents in the Lake Almanor area who are actively working to ensure that the new Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) license for Pacific Gas and Electric Company's 2105 hydro electric project contains provisions that recognize the importance of the project, and in particular the importance of the project to Lake Almanor and our community.
