Filip and Eva Laboda send their regards from a much needed vacation to say the Red Onion Grill will reopen in April. The Red Onion will resume regular operation hours in April and will be open 7 days a week, 5PM-9PM.
Mary and Tom Maumoynier of the Lake Almanor Fly Fishing Company have been busy making presentations to Fly-Fishing clubs across the Bay Area. They report an enthusiastic reception from these folks, many who were hearing of Lake Almanor for the first time. Carol Franchetti will be re-opening Carol's Cafe and Deli in Prattville on May 1st. She will host her Annual Chamber Mixer the night before she opens on Friday, April 30th. Check out her NEW MENUS and mark your calendar for Mother's Day Breakfast on Sunday, May 9th. Pat Roarty reports the Seneca Hospital Auxiliary traveled to the Auxiliary Convention in Sacramento last week and represented the Basin with information on travel, lodging and things to do in Lake Almanor.
