Carol Franchetti, Carol’s Café & Catering, Prattville took the Award for Favorite Appetizer with her Seared Shrimp with Roasted Red Pepper Salad & Parmesan Polenta. The Favorite Presentation Award was split between Gamboni's Peninsula Grill and Carol's Cafe & Catering. Juli Wann, Bella Luna Creative Catering made a strong showing with her Fresh Grilled Corn Stuffed Peppers.
