Job Description

The Office Manager oversees day-to-day operations of the business and any other duties assigned by the franchise owner. We recommend that the Office Manager attend one of our Initial 5-day trainings and be approved by Corporate Office. The Office Manager is a part-time employee, but can expect 40 hours a week during the season (Apr-Oct). During the off-season, there are still opportunities for work, but are very minimal. The Office Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations during the hours of business, including scheduling and routing, customer leads and complaints, setting up new customers and accepting payments, managing technicians, equipment status, and product inventory, and completing daily/weekly reporting.

•Attends Initial 5-day training at Corporate Office (paid by owner)
•Hires, trains and schedules technicians
•Answers incoming phone calls to sell service and answer customer inquires
•Schedules customer sprays
•Creates routes for technician(s) each day
•Bills each customer and collects payments
•Communicates changes and improvements to the staff through memos and meetings
•Promotes quality customer service
•Solves client complaints professionally
•Prepares daily reports for owner
•Orders supplies and maintains inventory
•Ensures follow up calls are made to customers
•Oversees all aspects of daily operations
•Performs off-season duties as required by Owner.


Qualifications:
•Motivated and flexible
•Self-starter
•Customer Service experience is a plus, but not a necessity
•Delegates effectively
•Excellent Sales skills on the telephone
•Good organizational and communication skills
•Positive attitude
•Sense of urgency


Comments:
This is a home-based business, so you can expect to work from your home, but you would be required to have Internet service and a desktop or laptop computer. Otherwise, this will be provided to you should you choose to work from our office home.
