A business in Madison County is looking for a Medical Assistant to join their team! The M.A. duties includes assisting in procedures, rooming patients, restocking and cleaning rooms, data entry, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquires and other duties as assigned.

Location: Madison County, IL
Position type: Full Time, Direct Hire
Pay: $11.hr
Benefits: After 90 day probationary period the business offers a competitive benefits package including: health insurance, paid holidays, paid time off and an option for an IRA.


Qualifications:
•Certification as a Medical Assistant is required, experience is not.
•Must have a professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
•Must have excellent oral and written communication as well as proficient computer skills.
•Highly skilled at multi-tasking and must have an eagerness to learn.
•Experience with NextGen and Meditech is a plus!
•Experience in a medical office and familiarity of medical terminology is a plus!
