Responsibilities
• Analyzation of customer trends, needs and concerns.
• Managing incoming calls and emails
• Identify and assess customers’ needs
• Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep records of customer interactions
• Go the extra mile to engage with customers
• Be able to empathize with customers
Put the customers’ needs first
• Maintain high levels of satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty
• Identify common customer challenges and provide suggestions and better solutions
Qualifications:

• Strong positive personality
• At least two years of customer service experience
• Strong phone skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
