Responsibilities

-Analyzation of customer trends, needs and concerns.
-Managing incoming calls and emails
-Identify and assess customers' needs
-Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate -solutions in a timely manner
-Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
-Keep records of customer interactions
-Go the extra mile to engage with customers
-Be able to empathize with customers Put the customers' needs first
-Maintain high levels of satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty
-Identify common customer challenges and provide suggestions and better solutions

Qualifications:
-Strong positive personality
-At least two years of customer service experience
-Strong phone skills
-Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
-Team player
-Highly organized with exceptional follow through abilities
-Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy
-High level of motivation
-Stable employment history
-Ability to work independently
-Ability to troubleshoot
-Strong organizational, customer service and time management skills
-Strong verbal and written communications
