We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! We offer top pay, paid vacation, holidays, sick time, health and dental insurance, retirement package. Responsibilities:

-Ensure customers receive exceptional service through a consistent, pleasant and friendly phone voice
-Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
-Make outbound phone calls to valued service agreement members to schedule maintenance appointments
-Prioritize customer calls and work with management to assign the best technician to each appointment
-Participate in on-going training; including weekly group listen and critique of recorded calls
-Clerical duties; organizing/building technician packets, filing, etc.

Qualifications:
-Highly organized with exceptional follow through abilities
-Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy
-High level of motivation
-Stable employment history
-Ability to work independently
-Ability to troubleshoot
-Strong organizational, customer service and time management skills
-Strong verbal and written communications
