Job Summary: A business in Madison County is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team! The Customer Service Representative provides a variety of customer service, support and technical guidance to customers. The CSR responsibilities may include solving problems, researching complex information and building customer relationships.

Position type: Full Time, Evaluation Hire
Pay: $15-$16, Based on Experience
Qualifications:
•General knowledge of manufacturing/distribution business systems.
•General knowledge of inventory management and production scheduling techniques/concepts.
•General knowledge of basic accounting principles.
•Experience with Agility system would be a plus, but not required.
•Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
•Excellent planning and execution skills.
•Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
